Mumma! :)
Hi again! I'm in the outback, with no phone reception, but a computer at the hostal! Nice, ahhhhh!!! We are staying at a different hostal each night, and at least this one have internet connection.
We are a group of 19. Perfect size, and a great gang right from the start! Tonight we are staying in a village called Cervantes (300 people living here...). We have been at the pinnacles and the sunset and we have had a lovely day! We just finished having cake (a birthday girl in the group). We are waking up at 05.30 tomorrow, so it's soon time for bed....
Hopefully I can upload some photos next time!
See ya!

The Lucky Shag Bar
Hej igen! Namnet kan verka nagot udda: The Lucky Shag Bar.... hahaha! Ha en bra vecka dar hemma!
Hi everyone! This will be my last input for one week. Tomorrow I'll leave for a one week trip up to Exmouth. I don't remember what the trip includes....(I booked it three weeks ago), but I'm really looking forward to it! I'll tell you all about it later!
Like the photo? Yup, it's a nice place by the Swan River here in Perth. The name is a bit odd: The Lucky Shag Bar.... Don't ask me why, hahaha!! Have a great week everybody!

Java Joe
At work! We use only fruit and no added sugar in our juices and smoothies. A regular size is about 4 euros and a big one costs 5. They are very popular! I like it alot, my co workers are great and the costumers also!
Kings Park
This is the view of Perth center from Kings Park, it's beautiful! I come here often, and the other day Pepe, Oliver and I had a picknick here with some wine and cheese. From now on, that is a weekly tradition! :)

Rottnest Island
I made a two day trip to Rottnest Island. It was a package which included ferry, bike+helmet (the size was pefect, wasn't it...? hahaha!) and one night at a hostel. Price in euro: 60. Not bad at all. The first day was quite horrible.... the temperature went upp to 38 degrees Celcius (100 F). You could be doing nicer things than be pedaling around an islang without any trees, therefor no shade.... The other thing was the flyes! I had 20-30 around me all the time! And as soon as you saw some other people, everyone was waving their hand like crazy, and I thought "what a buch of nice people, waving Hi to me", but NO, that was ofcourse to keep the damn flyes away! hahaha :)
On the island there was only one restaurant and one cafe. You had to bring food and water when you took off on your bike. And after seeing this sign, I thought every single branch on the ground was a poisonous snake!! I saw many branches.... but not a single snake!
I had breakfast at the Dome cafe. Of course I got a new friend that morning....
The quokkas is under threat of extermination and these cute animals are living on the island!
I went around almost the whole island. I went up at 06 am and I had all the beaches to myself! I went swimming at Parker Point and Ricey Beach. Wonderful water and not a single fly that day.....

Royal
Jag fick ett annat jobb idag! 30 sekunders gangvag fran mitt vandrarhem!
These are the sorroundings of Royal Bar & Brasserie. It's beautiful and you could sit here for hours just eating and looking at the view! Now, I'm working, so I can't enjoy it as much as I wish, but still, it's a great place to be at! My co workers are great! I felt abit bad when I yesterday told them that I wouldn't come back next week.... They took it great, but still.... I will be working there friday, saturday and sunday from 12.00 until 23.30. It's loooong days, which is too bad, otherwise I would have stayed....
Any who...., I got another job today! It's just 30 seconds walking distance from my hostel, so it's perfect! I have liked this place ever since I first stepped in to the door a couple of weeks ago. And the other day the manager offered me a job, just like that! It seem to be a great bunch of people working there, all between 20 and 25, and they are having a great time at work! The place is called Java Joe and I start next week!

2:a dagen/second day
So, I've worked 2 days at The Royal. The second day was better. I felt more confident about the menue and the drink/wine list etc. I started at 12.00. I had 30 min break at 17, then I did'n stop until 23.30. It was a looong day! Thanks to my wonderful "foppa shoes" I bought in Bangkok, I didn't get any bloody blisters on my feet.... From now on I worship people that work in big restaurants and bars!!
I like the place, great co workers and the food is the best I have ever tasted!
I learn alot, from holding a tray without spilling the wine or beer.... til finding out how much things there really is to do to make the place run. I'll soon be behind the bar! Drinks coming up! ;) Coffee is also something that I would like to learn how to make, and how to make little figures with help of the milk!
This weekend I'm working some at The Royal, but I also got another job, working Melbourne Cup Day (which seem to be very big all over Australia). On Sunday I'm getting training for the bar work there (I will be at Ascot horse racing track). They pay me 3 dollar more per hour than Royal, and that is not to be complained about! MCD is on Tuesday 6th. I'm really looking forward to it!
