Hur ska vi klara oss utan dina underbara missforstadda engelska meningar, typ: " Over the fan, what's that?? " eller: " Take a lighter bus??? " (for er som undrar: Over the PHONE och Take a LATER bus) De ar klassiska fraser numera! Tack for det Mette!

We took a private pool for a while. Nice to be indoors and get away from the NZ winds for a change!
Har poseras det vilt! hahaha! Sa roligt man kan ha!
A bit exaggerated posing... hahaha! But we had alot of fun!
This one was 41 degrees.
Abel Tasman
After that night in Nelson, we went to Abel Tasman. We hired kayaks for a day. We were 8 + guide. It was a cloudy day, maybe for the better. It was very beautiful, even without the sun. We had a coffee and cookies at one beach, and lunch at another.
This vas our guide, Steve. He went for a swim and caught mussels (and also quite a few eyes....) that we boiled and ate!
When we came to "our" beach, where we were going to camp for the night, the rain had started to fall. So when our bags, that got transported by taxi boat, arrived, they were soaking wet! There we where, with humid clothes and wet sleeping bags.... They got us new sleeping bags, but our clothes.... well, nothing we could do. So, we put up the tent, cooked some pasta and went to bed. We had a big day the next day, 6 hours of walking. And we prayed it wouldn't rain.....
OOO YES, it rained all right!!!! ALOT!!! We were later told it was a cyclone! After only 30 minutes of walking, every single clothing on us were soaking wet! The water went through EVERYTHING!!! My camera got saved thanks to a plastic bag inside my backpack. The backpack was also soaking, all the way through! We don't have any photos from the walk... After 3 hours of walking, we found some other half dead people..... They where waiting for a boat. That one was full, but they told us that a bigger, type fishing/tourist boat, was lying further out. They picked us up by a smaller boat and took us to the big one. We were saved! They "saved" many more along the shore. When we later went back home the waves were huge!! It was like a rollercoaster!!!! When we touched land, we got a hot shower and then we drove to get a bed for the night, and of course, a laundry place.....
