Min australienhatt/My aussie hat
I got this super hat as a christmas gift from Ash (works @ Globe)!! You are the best Ash, thank you so much! The hat had a pin with Perth on it, and I will now keep filling my hat with pins from all over Australia! The hat was with me on the Indian Pacific, of course! Here we are in Cook, a "town" with 4 people! I bought my second pin here!

I have now left Perth! Had to say goodbye to many wonderful people, and that always hurts, but the travelling must go on.... I'm in Sydney right now! "Normal" people would have taken the plane, but Rochelle and I desided to do the "ones in a lifetime journey" - The Indian Pacific! The first two days went so fast, (we had 2 litres of wine with us, that might have helped... haha) we had our own cabin (Red Kangaroo Sleeper) and we slept so good in the foldable beds! It was like a mini home made by Ikea, so much stuff fit in to such a little space! We layed in bed and watched the landscape change constantly!
The last 24 hours we spent in a seat, the cabins were fully booked. That was looooong!!!! I didn't get one minute of sleep that night, it was so uncomfortable! We both agreed it would have been a very hard trip if we would have had only seats all the way. So to the people that want to do this trip, take a cabin!

Direkt fran havet/Straight from the ocean
Around Margaret River we got to know a few surfers. They just hanged around waiting for the perfect waves.... Since the weather was bad most of the time, some of the guys went out fishing. So one night we all had lobster, and another night squid!
In the photo you se Valentina from Italy, a beginner surfer that lives in her van, and Roger, a 55 year old australian that lives in his motorhome, making money of the stock market and just surfs every day, that's life!
After dinner we had some music, Joy played the dideridoo, how do you spell that???

Margaret River
Rochelle came to Perth after her super trip in Asia! We hired a car and went south, to the famous Margaret River! Unfortunately we had pretty bad weather.... rain and cold wind. But the sun found it's way through the clouds a couple of times, thank you for that!
We slept in the car.... coooold!!!! But we are vikings of course!. Here you can se us waiting for the rain to stop pooring down.....
Da somnade Rochelle!!! Then Rochelle fell asleep!!!

Monkey Mia
Aren't they cute?? These photos are taken at Monkey Mia. Wild dolphins has been coming here since the 1970. It all started with one dolphin that got fed by a fisher man. Then he probably told his dolphin friends....
I thought it was pretty touristic. Sure, they are wild and can come and go as they wish, but it still felt like a zoo..... They get fed 4 times/day and they know exactly when to come in to shore. A bit further away from the feeding place you are allowed to get into the water, but the dolphins stay around the feeding area or further out, so the chance of swimming with them is very slim....

Kul,kul!/Fun,fun!
Tummen upp!
The next day we took these four weeled bikes on a long tour along the beach! It was awesome! So much fun! I was last in line, wchich mean I could stop for some photos, and then floor the gas and catch up the others! Thumbs up!

One night we slept with the stars as our cover! It was great! We took out our beds and put them near the fire place. It was absolutely beautiful! Our shoes hanged upside down along the beds.... no spiders or snakes here please....!
